The Arcadia 12' x 16' Carport/Patio Cover is designed to be installed easily by 2 people within a few hours and does not require building skills or special tools. The virtually unbreakable, 100% UV protected bronze 6mm thick roof panels simply slide into place - no need to get on the roof to secure them. It comes with pre-drilled holes, pre-cut panels and included screws as well as an anchor kit for securing your carport. This stylish and durable shelter will protect your vehicle or outdoor recreation space from snow, rain, leaves and harmful UV rays. The sturdy, powder-coated gray aluminum and galvanized steel frame is rust-resistant, easy to clean with your garden hose, and has 30 lbs/sq. ft. snow load with 50% margin of safety. The Arcadia has great features, including: two gutters, with downspout, to direct rain away from the sides, wide entry with high clearance and a great re-assembly option in case you need to change locations. A smart choice for your car or patio, the Arcadia can also be used as an outdoor kitchen, temporary gathering shelter or play area for children.

Your LTL shipment is delivered "curbside” which means the driver is only responsible for delivery of the shipment to the property and not to any other area on your property. Please make sure arrangements are in place ahead of time to unload your delivery as someone must be available to sign for the delivery and unload. Failure to remove the shipment from the truck at the delivery site may cause the shipment to be returned. Should this occur any additional fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lift gate service is available for some LTL deliveries for an added fee. With lift gate deliveries the product will be lowered to the ground. Please keep in mind lift gate is an additional service that is not automatically provided with your order unless requested at the time the order is placed.

**If your order includes installation, you will schedule two appointments, the first with the freight carrier for delivery and second the installers will call you to schedule a install appointment. Most often, install appointments are available the following day after delivery or soon after.

Freight delivery means curbside delivery ONLY. This means delivery drivers will deliver the item at the end of your driveway, and at their own discretion MAY help move the item up your driveway or into the garage, but are not required to do so. It is advised to have extra help on your delivery day if you cannot accept the item on your own.
**If any item is missing or damaged upon arrival, simply let us know the exact part that is needed and we will expedite the replacement to you.

If you must return your item, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase, but due to the weight of these items, customers are required to pay return shipping costs.
